What You Can Do
As a learner, you can:
- Find Events - Discover training sessions, courses, and conferences relevant to your professional development
- Register for Events - Book your place on training that interests you
- Manage Your Bookings - View upcoming events, access joining information, and manage your registrations
- Attend Events - Join sessions in-person or online
- Access Certificates - Download completion certificates for your CPD records
Getting Started
1. Find Events
Browse available events to find training that matches your needs:
- Search by topic, specialty, or keyword
- Filter by date, location, or format
- See CPD points and event details
2. Register
Register for events that interest you:
- Select your ticket type
- Complete any required forms
- Pay (if it's a paid event)
- Receive confirmation
3. Attend
- Check your booking for joining details
- Use your QR code for check-in
- Participate in the session
4. Get Your Certificate
Access your certificates after attending:
- Certificates are emailed to you
- Download from your bookings
- Add to your CPD portfolio

Your Dashboard
When you log in, you'll see:
- Upcoming Events - Events you're registered for
- Past Events - Your attendance history
- Certificates - All certificates you've earned
- Waitlisted - Events you're waiting for
