Surveys
Surveys help you collect feedback from attendees and can be linked to certificates. This guide covers creating surveys, attaching them to sessions, and viewing responses.
Creating Surveys
Create survey templates that can be reused:
- Go to Event Management → Surveys
- Click Create Survey
- Add questions:
- Text Questions – Open-ended responses
- Multiple Choice – Select one option
- Checkboxes – Select multiple options
- Rating Scales – Numeric ratings
- Configure settings:
- Name – Survey title
- Description – Instructions for respondents
- Required Questions – Mark questions as required
- Save the survey
Attaching Surveys to Schedules
Link surveys to specific sessions:
- Open your session
- Go to Surveys settings
- Select a survey template
- Configure when to send:
- Before Schedule – Send X days before start
- After Schedule – Send X days after end
- Manual – Send invitations manually
- Save settings
Survey Invitations
Surveys are automatically sent to attendees based on your settings:
- Email Invitations – Attendees receive email with survey link
- In-App Notifications – Notifications appear in their account
- Direct Links – Share survey links directly if needed
Manual Invitations
To send survey invitations manually:
- Go to your session
- Navigate to Surveys
- Click Send Invitations
- Select recipients
- Send invitations
Viewing Survey Responses
For a Specific Schedule
- Open your session
- Go to Surveys → Responses
- View all responses
- See response rates and completion status
Response Data
View responses in different formats:
- Individual Responses – See each attendee's answers
- Summary Statistics – Aggregated data for multiple choice questions
- Export Data – Download responses as CSV or Excel
Survey Completion
For Attendees
Attendees complete surveys:
- Click the survey link in their email or notification
- Answer all questions
- Submit the survey
- Receive confirmation
Completion Requirements
If surveys are linked to certificates:
- Certificate is only issued after survey completion
- Reminders are sent if survey is not completed
- Survey must be completed within the deadline

- Customise per session if needed

- Event Feedback – Overall event evaluation

Surveys not sending?
- Check survey is attached to session
