Reporting
Medtribe provides reporting capabilities to help you track bookings, attendance, and event performance.
Available Reports
Attendee Reports
View detailed information about who has booked and attended your events:
- Booking Status – See all bookings for a session
- Attendance Records – Track who attended each day of multi-day courses
- Cancellations – View cancelled bookings and reasons
- Waitlist – See who is on the waitlist for full events
Event Reports
Analyze your event performance:
- Booking Analytics – Track booking trends over time
- Capacity Utilization – See how many seats are filled
- Revenue Reports – View payment and revenue data (if applicable)
Export Data
Export attendee and booking data:
- Navigate to your event
- Go to the Attendees or Reports section
- Click Export to download data as CSV or Excel
Exported data includes:
- Attendee names and email addresses
- Booking dates and status
- Attendance records
- Payment information (if applicable)
Viewing Reports
For a Specific Event
- Open your event
- Navigate to Attendees or Reports
- View booking and attendance data
- Export if needed
For All Your Events
- Go to Event Management dashboard
- View overview statistics
- Access detailed reports for individual events
Attendance Tracking
Track attendance for multi-day events:
- Go to your session
- Click Check-in or Attendance
- Mark attendees as present or absent for each day
- View attendance summary
Attendance data is stored per day for multi-day events, allowing you to see partial attendance.

- Regular Reviews – Check reports regularly to understand event performance
- Export for Analysis – Use exports for deeper analysis in spreadsheet tools
- Track Trends – Monitor booking patterns over time
- Review Attendance – Check attendance rates to identify issues
Troubleshooting
Can't see reports?
- Ensure you're the event owner or have appropriate access
- Check that the event has bookings
Export not working?
- Try a smaller date range
- Check your browser's download settings
- Contact support if issues persist
